Dwarf

Bold and hardy, dwarves are skilled warriors and crafters. They respect the tradition and ancestry and don't abandon those lightly.

Darkvision. You can see short distances without light.

Dwarven Resilience. You are hard to poison.

Dwarven Training. You are skilled with dwarven weapons and a craft.




Elf

Elves are a magical people of otherworldly grace, living in the world but not entirely part of it. They tend to remain aloof and unfazed by petty happenstance.

Keen Senses. You are good at noticing things.

Fey Ancestry. You are better at resisting spells which charm you.

Trance. You only need sleep half the night to be rested.




Halfling

The comforts of home, however they define that, are the goals of most halflings' lives, be it a place to settle in peace or as nomadic bands that travel constantly.

Lucky. You can always reroll a 1 once.

Brave. You are hard to frighten.

Halfling Nimbleness. Larger enemies can't block your movement.

Human

Human are the most adaptable and ambitious.

Ability Scores. You gain a bonus to all abilities scores, instead of two.

Relentless Endurance. Once per day you can cheat death.

Skill Versatility. You gain two skills.




Dragonborn

Dragonborn walk proudly through a world that greets them with fearful incomprehension. Some are faithful servants to dragons or form the ranks of soldiers, and still others find themselves adrift.

Breath Weapon. You exhale destructive energy in a medium area.

Damage Resistance. You take less damage from one type.




Gnome

Gnomes take delight in life, enjoying every moment of invention, exploration, investigation, creation, and play.

Darkvision. You can see short distances without light.

Gnome Cunning. You are resistant to some magic.




Half-Elf

Half-elves combine human curiosity, inventiveness, and ambition tempered by the refined senses, love of nature, and artistic tastes of the elves.

Ability Scores. You gain and additional +1 to your ability scores.

Half-Orc

Half-orcs have varied destinies, some rise to proud chiefs, others venture into the world to prove their worth, and many become adventurers.

Menacing. You are skilled at Intimidation.

Relentless Endurance. Once per day you can cheat death.

Savage Attacks. Your critical hits do more damage.




Tiefling

Tieflings infernal heritage has left a clear imprint on their appearance. Derived from human bloodlines they subsist in small minorities found most large towns and cities.

Darkvision. You can see short distances without light.

Hellish Resistance. You are resistant to fire.

Infernal Legacy. You have some innate magic.




Aarakocra

Aarakocra, bird link creatures. Born tied to the skies they are immigrants, refugees, scouts, or explorers. Their outposts functioning as footholds in a world both strange and alien.

Flight. You can fly when, but not when wearing heavier armor.

Talons. Your claws are natural weapons.




Aasimar

Aasimar have luminous features that reveal their celestial heritage. From an early age, they receives visions and guidance via dreams.

Celestial Resistance. You take less damage from certain sources.

Healing Hands. You can heal your allies in a pinch.

Heritage. You can create light and draw upon your innate energy.




Eladrin

Eladrin are elves of the Feywild, a realm of perilous beauty and boundless magic. Each eladrin resonates with emotions captured in the Feywild in the form of seasons - affinities that affect the eladrin's mood and appearance

Fey Ancestry. You are better at resisting spells which charm you.

Fey Step. You can magically teleport short distances




Feyblood

Feybloods are children born a bit too close to borders of the feywild or those whose lineage crossed with a fey in the past.

Firbolg

Firbolgs love a peaceful day spent among the trees of an old forest. As guardians of nature, few firbolgs would dream of leaving their homes.

Firbolg Magic. You have some innate magical abilities.

Hidden Step. You can briefly turn invisible.

Speech of Beast and Leaf. Plants and animals can understand you.




Genasi

The offspring of genies and mortals, genasi are beings who carry the power of the planes in their blood. Living as outcast or revered for their power, they never quite fit in.

Elemental Affinity. You can cast a spell invoking your elemental heritage and have abilities which let you move more freely in an environment.

 




Goliath

Goliaths, nomads who wander from peak to peak, place a premium on self-sufficiency and are ferocious competitors.

Natural Athlete. You are naturally athletic.

Stone's Endurance. You can occasionally shrug off injury.

Mountain Born. Cold doesn't bother you as much.




Harengon

Harengons are bipedal, with the characteristic long feet of the rabbits they resemble and fur in a variety of colors. They originated in the Feywild, where they spoke Sylvan and embodied the spirit of freedom and travel.

Hare-Trigger. You can act faster in combat.

Leporine Senses. You have a natural talent for noticing things.

Lucky Footwork. If you fail to avoid damage, you might have a second chance.

Rabbit Hop. You can jump long distances quickly in combat.




Leonin

These nomadic, lion-like humanoids guard their homeland and rarely interact with others. Some wonder what lies beyond and seek to test themselves in a wider world.

Claws. Your claws are natural weapons

Hunter's Instincts. Your history of hunting gains you two skills.

Daunting Roar. You let out a menacing roar, scaring nearby creatures




Owlin

Distant kin of giant owls from the Feywild, owlin come in many shapes and sizes, from petite and fluffy to wide-winged and majestic. Owlin have arms and legs like other Humanoids, as well as wings that extend from their back and shoulders.

Flight. You can fly when, but not when wearing medium or heavier armor.

Silent Feathers. You are skilled in Stealth.




Shifter

Many believe they are the descendants of humans and lycanthropes. Each shifter walks on the knife's edge between the wilds and the world around them. Do they embrace their primal instincts or the path of civilization?

Shifting. You can assume a more bestial appearance for a short time, making you harder to kill and giving you extra abilities.




Tabaxi

Tabaxi are catlike humanoids driven by curiosity. Most remain content to dwell in small, tight clans and largely keep to themselves. Those that leave rarely stay in one place for long.

Feline Agility. Your agility allow you to move with a burst of speed.

Cat's Claws. You can climb walls and your claws are natural weapons.

Cat's Talents. You are more alert and sneaky.




Half-Dragon

The children of dragon and mortals are known as half dragons. Not quite as monstrous looking as the dragonborn, but still very much recognizable due to its draconic traits.
