Shapechanger

The creature can use it’s action to polymorph into a Small or Medium humanoid it has seen, or back into it’s true form. It’s statistics, other than it’s size, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is carrying or wearing isn’t transformed with it. It reverts to it’s true form if it dies. (Doppelganger, pp. 82, MM)
